We are excited to introduce the general availability release of Just-in-Time (JIT) privileged access for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Local Admin accounts! Please view our blog post for more information.

- Azure AD Just-in-time accounts: Expand the advantages of JIT to Azure Active Directory, providing the same heightened security and accountability for cloud-based privileged access. JIT accounts seamlessly integrate with passwordless login using Microsoft Authenticator.
- Local Admin Just-in-time accounts: Secure local admin accounts with JIT access, reducing the risk associated with these often overlooked, but critical, access points.
- Create and Manage JIT accounts from the web dashboard: User-friendly interface on our web application allows you to easily set up and oversee JIT accounts, ensuring a smooth implementation.

CyberQP's dashboard now seamlessly supports Active Directory accounts, enabling users to effortlessly create and manage their JIT accounts directly from the browser. This integration not only simplifies the account management process but also enhances the overall user experience. For more details please view our KB article here. This feature was given to all tenants on October 23rd
We've implemented new session timers for the dashboard. You will now be signed out after 15 minutes of inactivity. You will now also be required to sign back into CyberQP every 8 hours.

Resolved Account matching issue for Connectwise Manage tenants by accurately matching based on a Manage Contacts First Name and Last Name and a Directory Sources Account First Name and Last Name.
Restored the functionality for the “failed” entry on the “QP Status” filter for Administrator Accounts.
Password updates via the CyberQP dashboard now set the password at the Source Directory, even when the new password value matches the existing one or was recently reset via the Dashboard.
For IT Glue and Hudu tenants, we fixed a sorting issue. Documentation tool password entries are now displayed alphabetically on our matching screens.
Resolved the problem where some end users were encountering a blank white page after entering their phone number for registration via the Welcome email.
Fixed auto-matching problem in Connectwise where the wrong contact was selected when email addresses matched. Now, when multiple contacts share the same email address but only one has the same first and last name, the correct contact is selected during auto-matching, ensuring accuracy.
