When matching with local system accounts, we will now take into consideration the local account "Computer name" while scanning the IT Glue password records name. This is in addition to making sure the usernames line up between CyberQP and IT Glue, and that that password record in IT Glue is of type "LOCAL".

Resolved various bugs associated with the recent table enhancements.
Login users will no longer need to manually click 'Sync Now' after the initial import to ensure the accurate display of account statuses (such as "Disabled" or "Password expired", etc).
This fix also eliminates an issue where we displayed "Your IT Help Desk has disabled this feature." for end-users attempting to sign into the mobile app.

You can now export and download passwords for a specific customer (You may now choose a single customer vs the previous all customers logic). This feature can be used during a customer offboarding or when you're gathering information as part of a backup strategy. Please note your CyberQP tenant must have the Technician Vault to use this feature. For more information please see our KB article.
We've introduced a new feature that allows freshly created AD JIT accounts to replicate across all domain controllers connected to CyberQP. This ensures that all agented DCs quickly "learn" about the newly created JIT account, enabling faster logins to your AD-joined machines compared to your natural DC-to-DC replication times.

Resolved Account matching issue for Connectwise Manage tenants by accurately matching based on a Manage Contacts First Name and Last Name and a Directory Sources Account First Name and Last Name.
Restored the functionality for the “failed” entry on the “QP Status” filter for Administrator Accounts.
Password updates via the CyberQP dashboard now set the password at the Source Directory, even when the new password value matches the existing one or was recently reset via the Dashboard.
For IT Glue and Hudu tenants, we fixed a sorting issue. Documentation tool password entries are now displayed alphabetically on our matching screens.
Resolved the problem where some end users were encountering a blank white page after entering their phone number for registration via the Welcome email.
Fixed auto-matching problem in Connectwise where the wrong contact was selected when email addresses matched. Now, when multiple contacts share the same email address but only one has the same first and last name, the correct contact is selected during auto-matching, ensuring accuracy.
