Intro
The Global Folders feature in CyberQP allows you to create and manage global folders across your customers in your tenant. These folders are designed to enhance access management for different account types, such as Administrator Accounts, End-User Accounts, Service Accounts, and "Other Passwords" (for Technician Vault tenants).
Once created, these folders will automatically appear within your customer's sidebar, ensuring a consistent structure and simplifying the management of permissions and passwords.
In addition to automatically displaying folders within your customers, you can also define which groups of Technicians will have ongoing access to accounts inside these folders. Our CyberQP automation ensures that the access permissions you set for these folders are consistently enforced in the global folder view within your customers.
Key Features
