Introduction
The Global Just-In Time accounts list allows you to view and take action with JIT accounts created across all of your customers.
Prerequisites
- You need to have the primary or super role
- You must have an active QGuard subscription
Steps
- Log in CyberQP
- In the sidebar, click the entry for "JIT" or "Just-In-Time Accounts"
Filtering Accounts
- To see all accounts for a specific customer, click the "Customer" drop-down menu and select a specific customer.
- To see all accounts created by a specific dashboard, click the "Login" drop-down menu and select a specific dashboard user.
- You may also use a combination of "Customer" and "Login" to find all accounts created by a specific login user at a specific customer.
Deleting Accounts
At this time we support an individual deletion of a JIT account off the global Just-In-Time Accounts list.
- Locate the specific JIT account you wish to delete
- Click the trashcan icon on the far right of the record and confirm the modal
Force Deleting JIT Accounts
Primary and Super role technicians will have the option to 'force' delete a JIT account, by selecting the 'Force delete JIT accounts' checkbox. You may use this option in situations where the source directory is no longer reachable.
By force deleting a JIT account you understand that CyberQP may be unable to confirm the deletion of the JIT account from the source directory and should be removed manually by a technician with admin access to the source directory that contained the JIT account, if applicable.
