Self-Serve Mobile App Update
CyberQP is upgrading its Self Serve mobile app.
- The new mobile app build uses our updated 2024 SSL/TLS certificate
- The mobile app will work until the current certificate expires on January 23rd. After that, users will not be able to sign into the previous version until they update.
- If your end users encounter any issues, please ensure they update to the latest version (1.6.0)
Please inform your customers to update from the Play/App Store by January 23rd, If your customers do not have automatic updates for apps enabled.

We've extended the timeout period from one to two minutes on the mobile app. End users will have slightly more idle time to complete the self-service password password reset before the app locks again.
