Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in Mobile App Version 2.1.2 where users without biometrics enabled were repeatedly prompted to set up biometrics instead of using their device passcode. Passcode authentication now works as expected on both iOS and Android.
- Resolved an issue where the 6-digit code in Identity Verification disappeared too quickly from the End User Mobile App. The code now remains visible until the technician completes their input, the timer runs out, or the process is manually closed.

Product Update
We have launched a new version of the self-serve app across all platforms - Android, IOS and Web. The new app offers a cleaner user interface and includes several Quality of Life fixes for technicians. The end-users can download the app from the mobile app store unless they have enabled the automatic updates for their mobile apps. If end-users use biometrics to sign-in into the app, they will have to sign-in again.
Please communicate this change to your end-users accordingly.

Self-Serve Mobile App Update
CyberQP is upgrading its Self Serve mobile app.
- The new mobile app build uses our updated 2024 SSL/TLS certificate
- The mobile app will work until the current certificate expires on January 23rd. After that, users will not be able to sign into the previous version until they update.
- If your end users encounter any issues, please ensure they update to the latest version (1.6.0)
Please inform your customers to update from the Play/App Store by January 23rd, If your customers do not have automatic updates for apps enabled.
