Scenario
The Quickpass Integration POD for ConnectWise was not automatically created or was deleted by a ConnectWise Administrator
Procedure to Create/Recreate the Quickpass Integration POD for ConnectWise
Step 1 - Gather TenantID value (different than InstallToken)
- You will need a Chrome Based Browser (this might work in other browser types as well, but the steps will be different).
- Open Developer Tools (CTRL+SHIFT+I)
- Select the NETWORK tab (if you have never used Developer tools you might have to clear the default message from the page)

- Login/Refresh the Dashboard page (NA - admin.getquickpass.com EU - eu-admin.getquickpass.com)
- Find on the list the "me?login_challenge=" value on the left side of the panel
- On the right side of the panel you should see a set of headers. Select the "Response" tab on that row.
- Find the "Owner" section and find the ID value
- Copy that value to your clipboard
- Find on the list the "me?login_challenge=" value on the left side of the panel
Step 2 - Modify/Create the CWM POD

In the ConnectWise Main Dashboard click on System

Click Setup Tables

In the search box in the "Table" field search for Manage

Find and click on the Manage Hosted API link

- If the Quickpass Integration is not on the list click the "+" sign in the top left of the screen

Fill in these values:

Description: Quickpass Integration
-
Screen: Service Ticket from the Drop Down list.

Origin: https://admin.getquickpass.com/
-
URL: https://admin.getquickpass.com/omnipod?ticketId=[cw_id]&screen=[cw_screen]&integration=connectWise&tenantId=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
REPLACE THE XXXX's with the ID value from Step 1 section -
Select the POD type

Pod Height: 660 Pixels

Ensure that Location restrictions is NOT checked
- Click the Save and Close link at the top of the Managed Hosted API Setup screen

This is what the POD Configuration should look like when completed (NOTE: Placeholder 'tenantId' used in example below, your 'tenantId' will be different).
Once this has been completed proceed back to the https://support.getquickpass.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500005980202-Add-Quickpass-POD-to-Connectwise-Manage-Service-Ticket KB Article and complete the steps as listed.
