Background

Technicians may want to verify that proper selections were made when setting up the Automatic Import options for End Users or Administrative accounts.

Adjusting the Automatic Import Settings - End User Accounts

At times, you may want to adjust the Automatic Import Settings.  

1. 1. Adjusting the Auto-Enrollment Options (Pause, Adjust Integration Matching, Welcome Email, Self-Serve)
      1. 1. Click the Auto-Enrollment Options in the bottom left of the End-User Accounts screen
            
         2. Toggle the settings you want to adjust and click Continue

         3. These options will be applied at the next synchronization that is scheduled to run.
            
            
      2. Auto Enrollment - Adjusting Office 365 Sync Options, OU or Security Group, and Account Options
         1. Simply go through the steps done initially to adjust each setting.
         2. You can Change these options and all future imports will be adjusted to the new settings.
            1. Password Sync On/Off (for example you have started/stopped using AD Connect)
            2. Enrollment Options (for example changing Welcome Email automatic generation or Integration Matching)
            3. Changes to OU Monitoring Selections or to Security Group(s)  (Note: Making changes to these settings will cause a synchronization to be executed immediately after you complete the changes)

Adjusting the Automatic Import Settings - Administrative Accounts

At times, you may want to adjust the Automatic Import Settings.  

1. Adjusting the Auto-Enrollment Options (Pause, Adjust Integration Matching)
   1. Click the Auto-Enrollment Options in the bottom left of the Administrator Accounts screen
      
   2. Toggle the settings you want to adjust and click Continue

      1. Global Setting for Password rotation - Turning on or off the Toggle Switch for Password rotation will enable/disable the Automatic Password Rotation for all future imported accounts.  This applies to all future imported accounts.
      2. Individual Pause options for each Directory Source Automatic import - this toggle will pause/unpause the Automatic Import of the Accounts for the selected Directory Source (AD, O365/Azure, Local Accounts)
   3. These options will be applied at the next synchronization that is scheduled to run.
