Pre-requisites
- Local Account(s) imported into Quickpass How to Import Local Accounts – Quickpass Software (getquickpass.com)
Auto Matching
1. In the Quickpass dashboard navigate to the menu, End-User/Administrator/Service Accounts menu, of the customer you imported the local account(s) for that you wish to create IT Glue embedded password entries for.
Then click the Match Accounts dropdown button in the top right of the screen.
2. After clicking the Match Accounts button, there will be an IT Glue dropdown, click on it
3. Quickpass will now scan all IT Glue password entries and look for possible matches.
Once complete the suspected match results will be shown and matched already on the dashboard.
5. Once you are satisfied all the discovered matches are correct you can click Save at the top right hand of the screen
6. You will now see IT Glue icon show up under the Integration column in the Accounts menu.
Manual Matching
1. In the Quickpass dashboard navigate to the menu, End-User/Administrator/Service Accounts menu, of the customer you imported the local account(s) for that you wish to create IT Glue embedded password entries for.
Then click the Match Accounts button in the top right of the screen.
2. In the Match Accounts screen you can search for the IT Glue password entry you wish to match with the local account. Click the Match with IT Glue Password Entry
The next screen will give options of which password to match to, choose the right one and hit select
It will match the password entry as shown below. Hit Save and the match will be completed.
4. You will now see IT Glue icon show up under the Integration column in the Accounts menu.
