Pre-requisites
- Install the Quickpass agent on one of the following systems
- Active Directory joined Member Server
- Active Directory joined Workstation
- Standalone Windows Server
- Standalone Workstation

Import Local Account for Administrator/Service Account Password Rotation
1. In the Administrator Accounts Menu click the +IMPORT ACCOUNTS button
2. Select Local Accounts from the Import Administrator Accounts window
3. Select the system that contains the local accounts you wish to import from.
4. Select the account(s) you wish to import and click ADD button when done.
5. The imported account(s) will now show in the Administrator Accounts menu
Note: You will notice the Computer Name associated for that local account will show in the Computer Name column.
Import Local Account for End-User Account Self-Serve
***Note***: Local Account Self-Serve password reset is only supported for Quickpass customers in non Active Directory environments with Standalone Windows Servers and/or Workstations.
1. In the End-User Accounts menu click the +IMPORT ACCOUNTS button
2. Select the system that contains the local accounts you wish to import from.
3. Select the account(s) you wish to import and click ADD button when done.
4. The imported account(s) will now show in the End-User Accounts menu
Note: You will notice the Computer Name associated for that local account will show in the Computer Name column.
