Prerequisites
- Ensure you have followed the IT Glue Integration Setup Guide https://support.getquickpass.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035649393-IT-Glue-Integration-Setup-Guide
- Ensure you have existing IT Glue password entries for the admin passwords you wish to rotate.
- Ensure Global Auto Rotate Settings have been enabled for the Customer. https://support.getquickpass.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038042153-How-to-Setup-Auto-Password-Rotation-of-Admin-Users-with-IT-Glue
Enable Password Rotation for All Accounts
1. Navigate to the customer you wish to enable password rotation for.
2. Select Admin Users on the left hand menu.
3. Select all the accounts you wish to enable password rotation for through either the Select All checkbox or the accounts you wish to use individually.
Then click Enable Auto Rotate link.
Once activated you will see that Auto Rotate toggle switch is enabled and the Next date for password rotation is populated with the scheduled date.
Note: Refer to the Auto Rotate Settings link to edit the default settings for Password Rotation.
Disable Password Rotation for All Accounts
1. Navigate to the customer you wish to enable password rotation for.
2. Select Admin Users on the left hand menu.
3. Select all the accounts you wish to disable password rotation for through either the Select All checkbox or the accounts you wish to use individually.
Once activated you will see that Auto Rotate toggle switch is disabled and the Next date for password rotation is gone.
