Background
This article provides a walkthrough on the Agent Archive feature in CyberQP. When an agent is removed from the dashboard, it is moved to the Archived Agents list rather than permanently deleted, where it can be deleted or reassigned to another customer.
Pre-requisites
- Access to the CyberQP admin dashboard

Archive an Agent

Sign in to the CyberQP admin dashboard.

Click Global Agents in the navigation menu.

Select the agents you want to archive using the multi-select toggle.

Click the Actions button.

Click Remove Agent.
NOTE: All associated accounts and just-in-time accounts are automatically cleaned up before the agent is moved to the Archived Agents list.
Manage Archived Agents
From the Archived Agents list, you can permanently delete an archived agent or reassign it to a customer.

Click Archived Agents in the navigation menu.
- Select the agent you want to manage.

Click the Actions menu.
Delete an Agent Permanently

Click the Delete Agents icon.
Assign an Agent to a Customer

Click the Assign Customer icon.
- Select one of the following options:
- Assign to existing customer — select the customer from the list
- Create new customer — create a new customer record and assign the agent to it
