In this article we will be answering some frequently asked questions regarding HaloPSA
Why do I see a error when attempting to load a HaloPSA contact with the "View on HaloPSA" button on the dashboard.
You may have a trailing "/" at the end of your "Account URL" field on your integration that is causing this error in loading.
To resolve, navigate to your CyberQP tenant integration settings, then edit your integration and remove the trailing "/" at the end of your Account URL
- For example: https://testinghalopsa.halopsa.com/ should be https://testinghalopsa.halopsa.com
