Background
For one reason or another, a tenant may need to migrate/move the configuration and data from one Quickpass tenant to another tenant.
Steps
To help ensure a clean transition from your current tenant to the new tenant, here are some steps to follow:

Run Pre-Migration Reports
Run the Self-Serve report and Rotations report from the CyberQP dashboard prior to making any changes. If you use Quickpass Password Manager, export the Password Vault report as well.Should you need it, this will serve as a reference to see how things were setup prior to the move.

Delete Imported Accounts from the Dashboard
Delete any accounts (including JIT accounts) on the dashboard that were imported from the Directory source(s).⚠️ Note: This will only delete the account from the Dashboard, we will never delete an account from the source (except for JIT). -
Disconnect Azure/M365 (if applicable)
Disconnect the Azure/M365 connection from the CyberQP Customer (if applicable).- On the CyberQP dashboard, navigate to the main customer page.
- Locate the applicable Customer, click the 3-dot icon and click Disconnect M365

Uninstall the CyberQP Server Agent
Uninstall the CyberQP server agent from the Server(s)/Endpoints(s).📎 Relevant KB: Quickpass Uninstall Procedure
After an uninstall on a domain controller, reboot the domain controller. If necessary, arrange any downtime as you see fit.

Remove Agents from the Agent List
Remove the Agent(s) from the Agent list for the desired Customer. -
Reinstall the CyberQP Server Agent on the New Tenant
Reinstall the CyberQP Server Agent on the Server(s)/Endpoints(s) using the NEW Tenant's Install Token and Agent ID for the new Customer (if applicable).After an install on a domain controller, reboot the domain controller. If necessary, arrange any downtime as you see fit.

Complete Account Imports in the New Tenant
After all of the above steps are completed, proceed with the account imports on the CyberQP dashboard in the new tenant as desired using the previously stored CSV exports as a reference for account selection, source, and Integration matches. -
Delete the Customer from the Original Tenant
Once you have successfully completed all steps and confirmed that the Customer data is showing as desired in the new CyberQP tenant, you may delete the CyberQP Customer from the original tenant's CyberQP dashboard.
