For partners who wish to use the customer identity verification system and disable the self-serve password reset system.
1. Login to the Quickpass dashboard as the primary or super login role.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu on the left hand side.
3. Turn off the toggle switch under the Self-Serve Password Reset section of the Settings menu called "Enable Password Resets, Account Unlocks and Notifications"
You will then get a confirmation message that Self-Serve Disabled
Note: This will disable end-users from resetting their password or unlocking their accounts in both the mobile and web self-serve apps and also disabling the associated notifications. Meanwhile Customer Identity Verification will continue to work by SMS for web app self-serve users and via the mobile app.
