Description
The CyberQP Admin Dashboard uses various icons and status columns to indicate what is configured and operational for Customers' environments. This article is designed to help understand what each of these indicators mean.

Customers Screen
The Customers screen shows the names of all customers created in your tenant, which integrations are active for each customer, and source directory status indicating which source directory accounts may be imported from for each customer
Understanding Customer Status
Directory Sources
A customer may have three directory sources configured:
- AD Status
- M365 Status
- Local Status
These columns values will display for each customer based on which directory source(s) have been configured, indicating where accounts may be imported from:
- Installed - Directory source configured
- Not Installed - Directory source is not configured
- Online - Azure tenant is connected
Integrations
This column shows which Integration(s) are active for your customer

Filtering
Adjust filtering based on AD Status, M365 Status, and Local Status to filter your customer list as desired
Customer Information Panel
This panel is visible in the top left corner of the dashboard when clicked into a customer and will show at a glance the following information:
- Customer name
- Source directory status (Online, Offline, or Inactive)
- AD/M365 domain name
- AD/M365 last sync time
- Active integrations for the customer
End-Users Accounts
The End-User Accounts screen shows the relevant account information for imported user accounts.
Column Overview
- Phone - indicates the phone number entered for the imported account
- Email - indicates the email address entered for the imported account
- Source - indicates the source directory the account was imported from, and if Password Sync is enabled
- QP Status - indicates the accounts Self Serve registration status
- Account Status - indicates the accounts password status
- Self-serve - indicates, if toggled, the user can access Self Serve Password Reset
- Store password - indicates, if toggled, the user password is stored in the QP Tech Vault
- Automatic import - indicates, if checkmark is present, the account was imported to the dashboard via automatic import, or if integration errors occurred during the import
- Folder - indicates which Password Folder the account was moved to, if any

Understanding End-User Account Status
QP Status
Indicates the accounts Self Serve registration status
- Missing: Email or Phone - Phone number and/or Email needs to be entered
- Registration Complete - End User will begin receiving Account Status notifications
- Accessed Self-Serve - End User has signed into the Self Service mobile application
Account Status
Indicates the accounts password status
- Various values - Current account password status for Active Directory or Local accounts on a standalone or member server
- View Account Status - Click the link to see the account password status from a standalone or member workstation
Integrations
This column shows which integration(s) are active for an account
Password Manager - account stored in the QP Tech Vault | |

Phone and Email icons will change according to the values entered

Automatic Import Status
Indicates, if checkmark is present, the account was imported to the dashboard via automatic import, or if integration errors occurred during the import
Account was manually imported | |

Administrator Accounts
The Administrator Accounts screen shows the relevant account information for imported privileged accounts
Column Overview
- Frequency - indicates how often the password rotation occurs
- Last rotation - indicates when (Date) the last successful rotation occurred
- Next rotation - indicates when (Date) the next rotation is scheduled
- Source - indicates the source directory the account was imported from
- QP Status - indicates if the status of the accounts last rotation
- Account Status - indicates the accounts password status
- Autorotation - indicates, if toggled, the account is included in the autorotate schedule
- Automatic import - indicates, if checkmark is present, the account was imported to the dashboard via automatic import, or if integration errors occurred during the import
- Folder - indicates which Password Folder the account was moved to, if any

The Service Accounts screen shows the relevant account information for imported service accounts
Column Overview

Auto Rotate

Indicates, if toggled, whether the service should restart after the password is rotated
Restart disabled - service will not restart when password is changed | |

Agents
The Agents screen shows the relevant information for all agents deployed to the customer
Column Overview
- Agent name- indicates the machine name the agent is deployed to
- Domain - indicates the domain the machine is joined to
- Windows version - indicates the OS running on the machine
- Role- indicates the agent role for the agent deployed to the machine
- Agent version - indicates if the last reported version of the agent deployed
- Source - indicates the source directory status of the agent
- Status- indicates if the agent is online or offline

Role
Indicates the agent role for the agent deployed to the machine
- AD Server - Agent is deployed to a domain controller
- AD Member - Agent is deployed to a domain member server
- AD Workstation - Agent is deployed to a domain joined workstation
- Server - Agent is deployed to a non-domain joined server
- Workstation - Agent is deployed to a non-domain joined workstation
Directory Source
Active Directory - allows import of AD sourced accounts | |
Local - allows import of locally sourced accounts |
Status
Online - this agent is online and functional | |
Offline - we are unable to communicate with the agent deployed on this machine |
