Pre-requisites
- Technician still has access to the Quickpass Dashboard via the original MFA
- If the technician no longer has access to the Dashboard please refer to this article:

1. Login to the Quickpass dashboard at https://admin.getquickpass.com
2. Once logged in click the Settings menu on the left hand side
3. Click the Update MFA Link under the Login Details section
4. The QR Code for the new MFA will be shown. Scan the code with your prefered MFA App on your Mobile. Enter the current MFA code from the application after it is shown. (Note - this MFA QR has been obscured for security reasons)
5. A message will appear advising that the MFA has been updated.
6. Don't forget to remove the OLD MFA Account from your App.
7. Sign in again and authenticate with the newly created MFA code.
PLEASE NOTE: If you get an error when trying the new MFA code please run the following commands in an elevated command prompt to re-sync your machines sync time, then try again.
1. Run first
w32tm /resync /rediscover
2. Then run
net stop w32time
w32tm /unregister
w32tm /register
net start w32time
w32tm /resync
