Send an End User a one time temporary link via SMS or Email to reset their password.
- On the End User Accounts screen of the Quickpass Dashboard click on the 3 dots menu beside an End User account
- Select the Send Password Reset Link menu item
- Select the Method that works best for the End User to accomplish the password reset and click the Send Button.
NOTE: If the End User Accounts screen on the dashboard does not have a phone number or if the phone number is incorrectly formatted the SMS link will be greyed out
- End User clicks on the link in the SMS or Email and is taken to a page that includes the effective password policy for the domain. They must enter a value that matches these parameters and they click the Change Password Button
