Description
The CyberQP dashboard allows you to see events for the current and previous month. To see events older than the previous month, use the Reports tab to export all events.

How to View Current Events
1. Login to the Quickpass Dashboard

2. Click on the Quickpass logo

3. Click on Events

4. Click into the Events screen
- NOTE: The Events screen will show events from the current month to the previous month

5. To filter events to a specific date range, click the Calendar icon

6. Click on Previous month

7. Click on the desired date

8. The Events screen will now reflect events from the selected date range

How to Export Current Events
1. Once a customer is selected in the 'Customers' dropdown, the 'Download CSV File' button in the top right becomes interactable.
2. Filter as desired, then click 'Download CSV File' and save
How to See Older Events
9. Click the Reports tab

10. Notice the Events report

11. Click on Download CSV File

12. Filter the desired year and/or month

13. When the desired month's report is filtered, click on Download File

14. Click on Download File

15. Save the csv. file to the desired location on your computer (unzip it if needed)
16. Open a blank Microsoft Excel workbook
17. Click on the Data tab along the top bar
18. Click on From Test/CSV to import the data from the report you extracted in the CyberQP dashboard
19. Navigate to the csv. file and click on it, then click import
20. On the popup window in Excel, click the Load button
21. The data from the extracted Events report will now load into the Excel spreadsheet with the correct formatting
Note:
You can also open the Events.csv file by double clicking the file after downloading from the dashboard, but the details may not be correctly placed next to the corresponding event. Thus, we recommend importing the Events.csv file after opening Excel.
