Background
For partners that wish to use the ability for ITGlue to reset passwords via the Workflow option. This will allow a technician to reset any password in ITGlue, have that password written to the source account, and update Quickpass.
Pre-requisites

- Ensure you have followed the IT Glue Integration Setup Guide

Steps to Implement
- Click the Integrations menu link on the main page of the Tenant Dashboard.
- Click the ITGlue Integration link
- Click the "Generate New" Link below the Workflow Trigger Token box
- Log into your ITGlue Account with an Administrator Account that has permission to access the Workflows function
- Click Account
- Click Workflows
- Click New
- Select Password (this allows monitoring of password changes in ITGlue)
- Give the Workflow Trigger a name. We suggest something that includes the word "Quickpass" within the name.
- Enter an email address within your organization that will be notified if this process fails.
- Click Next
- Give the Workflow Trigger a name. We suggest something that includes the word "Quickpass" within the name.
- Select Webhook
- Enter an action name. We suggest something that includes the word "Quickpass" within the name.
- Copy the URL from the Quickpass ITGlue Integration screen that was created in Step 3 above and paste in the URL box on the ITGlue Webhook URL entry.
- In the JSON Payload Key/Value Section paste these values into each box (click the plus sign beside the Key/Value to add additional entries)

- Click Test Action to test.
- Click Finish
- Enter an action name. We suggest something that includes the word "Quickpass" within the name.
- You will then be shown the list of Workflow Triggers that are setup in ITGlue.
- Turn ON the toggle switch for the Workflow Trigger you just created.
- Test with an ITGlue Account Password to confirm that this is working as desired.
- Click Account
- Events are logged in the Events Menu for "Workflow Trigger"
NOTE: The Quickpass Workflow Trigger Token will expire approximately 1 year after it was created. An event will be logged in the Events menu, and the email account(s) listed in the Alerts section will be notified 30 days prior to the Workflow expiring.
