New Changes to the "Passwords" List Inside Your Customers

Starting this week, we're updating how you access unlinked passwords in CyberQP to pave the way for our upcoming global password folders release.

Key Points

• We are renaming "Passwords" to "Other Passwords" in your sidebar
• We are going to filter out this password list to filter out linked and unlinked passwords
• We are removing the filter to toggle visibility for linked manage accounts passwords in the "Other Passwords" list

Passwords are not missing!

Rest assured, your passwords are still accessible. You will need to click into the respective sidebar item for End-User, Administrator or Service Accounts to access your directory source linked passwords.

Why are we doing this?

We are laying the groundwork for global password folders in the near future. We've made this deliberate decision to decrease the complexity for our partners when they decide to implement password folders in the future.

While we're removing some convenience for viewing passwords on one list, we will be adding with more security and automation features in the upcoming global folder release.
