Prerequisites
- Must be logged into the Quickpass Dashboard as the Primary or Super Login Role.

Notes
- The Primary Login Role is provided to the first account that was used when creating the Tenant. It has the same permissions has the Super role but cannot be deleted or have its permissions changed.
How to Delete Technician Logins
- Make sure you are logged in with a Super or Primary Technician Role

Click the Login Management > Technician Users tab on the left hand menu
- Select the checkbox for a single or multiple Technicians
- Select DELETE from the Header Row
- A Dialogue box will be presented to confirm you wish to proceed and ask if you want to also purge the JIT Accounts (if any exist) from each customer. (Please see this KB section for details)
- Check the box if you DO want the JIT accounts to be removed from each customer.
- Click Confirm if you want to proceed.
- A Banner will appear at the top of the page if the deletion was successful.
- If the checkbox for the removal of the JIT accounts was selected the banner will show a link to go directly to the Events page to see the results of that attempt to also remove the JIT Accounts.
- If the checkbox for the removal of the JIT accounts was selected the banner will show a link to go directly to the Events page to see the results of that attempt to also remove the JIT Accounts.
