Prerequisites
- Completed the Microsoft CSP integration setup first, please review this article for more details
- Ensure you have active GDAP relationships with the right roles, please review this article for more details
- NOTE: If you have your customers already connected to Azure/Entra/M365 using the Enterprise app, you cannot match those customers to the CSP/GDAP integration. You would have to disconnect the existing connection and then match it using the CSP/GDAP integration. This would require removal of all accounts from the dashboard. We suggest, if you have a customer setup already, continuing with the Enterprise app method. Use the CSP/GDAP method for any NEW Customers that you are integrating with CyberQP.
Match Microsoft CSP Tenants to CyberQP Customers
1. Log in to the CyberQP dashboard at https://admin.getquickpass.com (North American tenants) or https://eu-admin.getquickpass.com (European tenants) with either a primary or super technician role.
2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
3. On the Integrations page, click the Microsoft CSP tile
4. Click the Match Customers button on the top right
Option 1 (Automatic Matches)
6a. On the Match Customers screen > Click the Match Status drop down menu > Suggested Matches
You will now see Microsoft CSP tenants that exactly match a CyberQP customer based on the CSP Tenant name and CyberQP customer name.
These pairings are suggested at this time for your convenience to review first, then approve.
Note: This information is especially valuable if you have successfully imported your IT Glue or Hudu organizations into CyberQP first. Leveraging this suggested match import feature can significantly enhance your experience and efficiency!
6b. If you are not happy with the suggested matches, you may click the pencil icon to alter the match before saving.
The customer name in the "CyberQP customers" column will reflect the new target customer you set
6c. Once your happy with all the suggested matches and any potential changes you made, you may click the Confirm Matches > then the "Save" button on the next screen.
Option 2 (Manual Matches)
6a. On the Match Customers screen > Click the Match Status drop down menu > Unmatched
6b. Locate the CSP Teannt on the left hand side using either the Search box, Filter and/or browse the pages.
Once found, click the Match with CyberQP Customer box to select a target customer to link too
6c. When done, click the Confirm Matches button > then click the Save button
Option 3 (Create Quickpass Customers)
6a. On the Match Customers screen > Click the Match Status drop down menu > Unmatched or All
Using the checkboxes located in the "Create in QP" column, select some or all CSP Teannts to create in CyberQP.
6b. When done, click the Save button
7. The matched CyberQP customers and Microsoft CSP Tenants will show in the Microsoft CSP integration page.
8. Click the Cheetah icon on the top left of your screen to return to the home page, then click Customers from your sidebar.
You will now see a Microsoft CSP logo present for any CyberQP customers linked to a Microsoft CSP in the Integrations column.
