Datto Autotask Integration Full Release
- Support for SSO login
- Identity verification using SMS for Datto contacts not matched to the account in Quickpass.
- Datto Autotask integrations Status on Customer CSV report on Quickpass admin dashboard
- Datto Autotask contact added to self-serve CSV report on Quickpass admin dashboard
- Datto contact will be updated when the email or phone number is updated for the account on Quickpass
- For matching customers, Quickpass will fetch all Datto Accounts of type=Customer and Status=Active without a need for users to manually select type and status.
- Bug fixes from the Beta release
- fixed a bug where Datto API secret can be viewed on Quickpass dashboard by clicking on the eye icon
- Mobile number from Quickpass will be saved to the 'Mobile' field on the Datto contact instead of the 'Phone' field
- Internal note on Datto ticket was not getting logged on successful verification of the identity, this is now fixed
- Suggested auto-match was failing if the Datto contact had a 'Title', this is now fixed.
- Disabled account toggle was available on Quickpass Insight even when account was already disabled, this is now fixed
- Enable account toggle was available on Quickpass Insight even when account was already enabled, this is now fixed
- Password from a previous cancelled login attempt remained saved in the password field, this is now fixed
