Password Rotation

• Fixed an issue that caused password rotations to happen only at one time during the day.

• Added an enhanced performance diagnostic tool that will allow more advanced monitoring of CPU and RAM performance issues caused by the Quickpass agent for faster detection and remediation of issues.
