Description
Quickpass uses many indicator icons and status columns to indicate what is configured and operational for Customers' environments. This article is designed to help understand what each of these indicators mean.
Main Dashboard - Customers Screen
- Integrations - This column is to indicate which Integration your Customer in Quickpass is linked to.
This Customer is Integrated with ITGlue This Customer is Integrated with Hudu This Customer is Integrated with ConnectWise (none) This Customer is not Integrated - Directory Sources - These columns indicate which Directory Sources accounts can be imported from
This Directory Source is configured, active, and the Agent/Source is Online This Directory Source is not configured. This Directory Source is configured, however 1 or more agents are offline - Number of Accounts
This indicator shows the total number of Accounts already Imported into the Accounts Screens

This account source is Active Directory (No Computer Name beside icon) This account source is Local on a Member or Standalone Server This account source is Local on a Windows 10 PC - Integrations
This Account is Integrated with ITGlue This Account is Integrated with Hudu This Account is Integrated with ConnectWise (none) This Account is not Integrated - Phone - This column shows the Phone number for the Account
- Email - This column shows the Email address for the Account
