End-User Account on-boarding automation

Active Directory: Added the ability to automatically on-board end-users based on one or more organizational units or one or more security groups.

Office 365: Added the ability to automatically on-board end-users based on having licensed mailboxes

On-board automation will also continuously monitor Active Directory and/or Office 365 for accounts that match selection criteria

Added the ability to automatically on-board privileged local accounts from your choice of any Windows Server and PC with local accounts using one or more set usernames of your choice.

Agent Updates

Added the ability to install agents in any order for a particular Quickpass customers without impacting which account types can be used with the self-serve password reset system. Also, to no longer block Active Directory agent installations if there were not the very first agent installed for a customer.

Removed the requirement to select the default domain policy or a custom gpo when installing the first Active Directory server agent for a customer. The password settings will now be retrieved from whatever password policy has been assigned at the Domain Controller OU level no matter what GPO is configured with the password settings.

Clicking the Copy Agent ID option on the right hand menu for a Quickpass customer is no longer required before installing an agent for a customer. All the agent IDs can be retrieved from the Customers report csv download from the Reports menu.

Implemented a complete refactor of the notifications sent from the agent to the API
Self-Serve Password Reset Updates

Removed the limitation that only allowed self-serve to be used with either Active Directory or Local accounts. Now you can support both account types at the same time along with Office 365.

Added the ability to use Password Sync on a per account basis with self-serve instead of all or nothing within a customer. You can now enable password sync for some accounts and disable it for others as needed and change at any time.
Identity Verification Updates

Switched from Google firebase to Socket cluster for identity verification

Browser notifications are no longer required to be enabled to receive the confirmation back from the Quickpass mobile app

Identity verification in the Connectwise Manage desktop app now is able to receive the response back from the Quickpass mobile app

Firefox is now supported
IT Glue Integration
- Improved IT Glue password entry synching to allow better detection of multiple IT Glue configurations that contained the same embedded passwords.
Quickpass Dashboard

Updated the empty states of all screens to show an empty table vs graphic to improve visual consistency
-
Disabled the link to Password Settings within the Customer menu when only local account agents are connected to the customer since Active Directory and Office 365 password policies do not apply in those cases

Changed the color scheme for the colored dots that are used to represent customer, account and agent statuses.

Events Menu
-
Added Login field to all Events shown in the events menu.

Events that were initiated by a technician on the dashboard will have the Login field populated

Events that were initiated automatically by Quickpass will not populate the Login field

Fixed an issue with the Customers Report csv file download that gave an error "Data not found"

Fixed an issue with the Customers Report where it was not listing the complete list of Quickpass customers

Fixed an issue when you select multiple end-user accounts to send the welcome email for, one or more accounts are missing emails, and these accounts were not skipped

Updated the Event Types shown when opening an Event to match the recently updated event type naming convention

Fixed an issue when searching in the end-user accounts menu where the phone numbers that were invalid no longer showed in red
