Why do I see a error when attempting to load a HaloPSA contact with the "View on HaloPSA" button on the dashboard.
You may have a trailing "/" at the end of your "Account URL" field on your integration that is causing this error in loading. Please navigate to your integration settings, edit your integration and remove the trailing "/" at the end of your integration. EG

should be
https://testinghalopsa.halopsa.com
