Match Connectwise Companies to Quickpass Customers

1. Login to the Quickpass dashboard at https://admin.getquickpass.com (North American Datacenter) or https://eu-admin.getquickpass.com (Europe Datacenter) with either the primary or super login role. 

2. Click the Integrations menu on the left hand side. 

3. In the Integrations menu click the Connectwise Manage option.

4. Click the "Match Customers" button in the top right hand side of the screen.

5. In the pop up window choose the company types and statuses you wish to fetch for matching with Quickpass Customers. 

Option 1 (Auto Match)

6a. In the Match Customers screen go to the Auto Match section.

This section will show you any existing Quickpass customers, if you have any, that have the identically spelled name as a Connectwise Company.

Note: This is most useful if you had already imported your IT Glue or Hudu organizations into Quickpass

6b. Click the checkbox beside the appropriate matches or click the checkbox beside the Select All link then click the ADD button when done. 

Option 2 (Manual Match)

6a. In the Match Customers screen go to the Manual Match section

6b. Locate the Connectwise Company on the left hand side using either the Search box, Filter and/or browse the pages. 

Once found drag the Connectwise company to the Quickpass customer that you wish to match the Connectwise Company to.

6c. When done scroll to the top of the window and select the "Back to customer list" link

Option 3 (Create Quickpass Customers)

6a. In the Match Customers screen go to the Manual Match section then either click the "All" link below the Quickpass icon to select all Connectwise companies or individually select which Connectwise Companies you wish to have created in Quickpass. 

6b. Then click the ADD button at the very top of the screen to have all those Connectwise companies created in Quickpass. 

7. The matched Quickpass customer(s) and ConnectWise Companies will show in the ConnectWise Customers screen.

8. In the Customers screen you will now see a Connectwise logo for the Quickpass Customer in the Integrations column.
