Description
To export Quickpass events for all customers
Instructions
1. On the main page of the Quickpass dashboard click the Reports Menu on the left hand side.
2. In the Reports menu click the "Download CSV file" on the right hand side of the Agents -> Export events and status
3. Save the csv file to the desired location on your computer.
4. Open Microsoft Excel and open a blank workbook rather than double clicking the file to open
5. In the blank Excel workbook click the Data tab along the top
6. In the Import Data file selection screen select the Events.csv file that you previously downloaded and click Import button
7. Click the Load button at the bottom
8. The Events data will now be loaded in the Excel spreadsheet with the correct formatting
Note: You can also open the Events.csv file by double clicking the file after downloading but the details filed may not be correctly placed next to the corresponding event. Thus, we recommend importing the Events.csv file after opening Excel.
