With Quickpass Cybersecurity self service Billing, you can review and edit your payment details at any time. This can be accomplished by logging into your Quickpass dashboard.
These are a set of Frequently Asked Questions regarding billing and payments.
How do I access my billing details?
To access your billing details, (only available to Primary or Super Login Role) login to your Dashboard, click on Settings, on the Plan Information section, select Go To Billing Portal.
This will launch a new tab/window, where you can login with the designated main billing contact, to modify your Account Information, Billing Address, Payment Methods, and download your previous invoices.

If you have not registered your password you can click the "Sign in without typing your password" link. You will then enter the primary billing email address that was supplied when signing on with CyberQP. An email will be sent with a special kind of link that will automatically log you into the Billing Management page.
The email address for the Billing portal, will be the email that the invoices are going to. If you don't know the email, please reach out to the person/team responsible for invoices to find out which email address is associated with the billing for your Tenant.
What form of Payment supported?
Currently, you can pay for your Quickpass Cybersecurity subscriptions using a credit card. We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Why did my payment fail?
In nearly all cases, credit card declines are easily fixed by re-entering your billing information and making sure the billing address matches exactly with what your card issuer has on file.
If your billing information is correct, it's likely that the payment was rejected by the payment provider, not by Quickpass Cybersecurity.
What will the billing line appear as on my credit card?
When the payment is first processed to your credit card, and the charge is still in “Pending” status, you might see "Stripe" (our payment processor). Within about 48 hours, the payment will be processed and you will see "Quickpass Cybersecurity". If your accounts is handled by our payment processor Maxio you will see the company name "CyberQP" on your CC statements.
Am I charged in my local currency?
Currently, all accounts are charged in USD.
